WARRANTY AND RETURNS

At SPP, our mission is to provide you with products and services that will facilitate your interventions and enable you to grow in the field of animal-assisted therapy. Our goal is to offer you products and services that meet your expectations.

SPP PRODUCT WARRANTY

Synergie Plumes et Poils products are proudly conceived, designed, and manufactured in Quebec.

Please note that we do not issue refunds; only exchanges are accepted. Any product found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault will be exchanged or repaired, depending on the type of damage, at no additional cost to the customer, based on our assessment. However, if the customer wishes to exchange a product, the round-trip shipping costs associated with the exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not cover damage related to normal wear and tear of our products, damage caused by an animal (e.g., chewing, scratches on surfaces), damage related to an incident (e.g., a blunt object cutting/piercing one of our products), or damage related to improper use of our products. We also do not cover misuse of the product (e.g., running near or on the material sold). Any modification to our products voids the SPP warranty.

Regardless of the nature of the damage, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can help you find a solution to your problem, even if it is not covered by the warranty.

Procedure for merchandise returns:
No item returned without prior contact will be exchanged. The first step is to contact us within a maximum of 10 business days after receiving your order at info@synergiepp.com, describing the nature of the problem and including a photo. Returned material must be new, clean, and free of pet hair.

Purchase Policies

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information on our website at any time without prior notice, including prices and item availability. All prices displayed are in Canadian dollars. If you wish to make a purchase outside Quebec, please contact SPP at info@synergiepp.com and we will inform you of the shipping costs and an exact price based on the delivery address provided. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items you purchase. We also reserve the right to cancel orders in whole or in part at our discretion. Should this occur, you will be contacted and informed of the situation.

SPP FULL/CONTINUING TRAINING AND CONFERENCE WARRANTY

SPP reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training session if the minimum number of participants is not met or in the event of a major unforeseen circumstance. If the activity is canceled, the payment already made will be fully refunded. Please note that no refund will be issued if you are unable to attend or if you are dissatisfied. Regardless of the nature of a problem that arises, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can help you find a solution to your problem, even if it is not covered by the warranty.

Online Payment Method

Payments are made exclusively through PayPal, the simplest and most secure way to pay online. However, it is not mandatory to open a PayPal account to make your purchases. PayPal accepts most credit cards.

Privacy

To process your payments, PayPal transmits some of your personal information to us: your contact details. We commit to retaining this information only for billing purposes or for shipping your products. PayPal does not transmit your credit card number or your bank card number.

Shipping

We strive to deliver items within a maximum of 3 weeks for orders within Quebec. However, we disclaim all responsibility for any delayed deliveries due to reasons beyond our control. In case of a delivery delay, we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right not to deliver to certain addresses. Shipping costs vary depending on the product and destination. We invite you to contact us for any additional questions on this matter. It may happen that some items are in production, which would extend the usual delivery times. However, you will be notified by email if this is the case.
